Everything Major League Baseball and their owners told us was bullshit

The good news is the lockout is over. Major League Baseball is back, and it’s still fun and completely full of shit.

Here’s what you have to understand. MLB owners were completely comfortable waiting another week or so before an agreement would be made. They were very ready to wait.

They serve up bullshit like baseball politicians, and most people eat it up. We all do at some point. Think about their power. For the past month, they threatened to cancel games, even signifying a date where games would be canceled if no deal was reached. Repeatedly, they moved those dates back without any damage to their so-called plans.

“Monday, we will cancel games.”

Bullshit. You just moved the goalposts back another day. There was no deadline. It never existed. They’re punks.
