Gym Advice: Don't think, just lift
Harder to master than most things, but a necessity for any gym rat
The gym can be a scary place to enter. The day of the week doesn’t matter; shitty Mondays or gloomy Thursdays. You walk in and the lights/interior can make the room seem like a doctor’s office with louder music and less clothes.
The anxiety creeps up on you.
“What am I doing here?”
“Do I belong?”
“What mentality do they have that I don’t?”
