In The Buff, Episode 6: It's Paul Goldschmidt's world, and we're living in it

A fresh discussion about not just one thing in particular.

Sometimes, you just need to talk it out. The hands aren’t as useful when the head is packed to the brim with thoughts and ideas, or certain ways of describing things. So, as the St. Louis Cardinals bask in the temporary and very hot glow of a Tuesday doubleheader sweep, I bring to you fresh news and opinions via the spoken word, in the buff with the Buffa, including but not limited to:

*Paul Goldschmidt’s insane hitting rampage. He’s 46 for his last 115, which means he’s hitting .400 during that time.

MLB.com

*Fun news about the other Buffa content outpost, Dose of Buffa. The ten-year and counting website was certified Rotten Tomatoes fresh this week, meaning I can start posting reviews from there on R.T.’s website. It’s big news for the little Wordpress site that could.

*What kind of movies I will be reviewing moving forward. Example: One’s like Jerrod Carmichael’s “On the Count of Three” and “

*A quick few words on the season finale of “Barry,” which is quickly becoming Bill Hader’s masterpiece. A masterpiece is when you can’t imagine the show or its world another way or created by someone else, at least for TV shows.

*A tease of my upcoming “Stranger Things” and “Better Call Saul” season finale previews.

Enjoy. This is a super-charged episode, coming in at 40 minutes!
