Sometimes, you need to get it out via the spoken word. Henry Rollins used to do this every year in multiple auditoriums and venues across the world. He literally traveled around the world in a black t shirt and cargo pants talking about his point of view and opinions of popular or not-so-popular topics. After he punk rocked his way to music cult stardom with Black Flag and put together a nice little film career, Rollins climbed on a stage and wrapped the microphone cord around his hand before unleashing a rant that lasted over an hour. Speaking of which, happy 63rd birthday, Henry.
