DeWitt Jr. is not consistent with his firings of PBOs. He didn't hesitate to show Jocketty the door , when there was dysfunction between Jocketty and Luhnow and the two departments weren't talking to each other. But he keeps Mo around to show Bloom the ropes ? Doesn't make sense. Give Mo his money and Bloom the keys to the car.
But maybe Mo will be the fall guy if those large contracts aren't moved.
I do agree that DeWitt Jr has become less accountable with the passing years. The idea is that they want to let Mo take all the blame and be the bad guy, and then introduce Bloom to job. I wish they'd just start now.
